Missouri Limousin Breeders and Family,
I hope this newsletter finds you all well. With spring-calving season in full swing, and Missouri weather not cooperating as well as we like, I would like to remind you that the warmth of spring is coming, and greener pastures are just around the corner.

The entry deadline for the 14th Annual Great American Pie Limousin sale is fast approaching. The sale is set for Saturday, April 13, 2019, in Lebanon.

Mark Smith of Grassroots Genetics and Consulting, Holts Summit, Missouri, was recognized at the 2018 Missouri State Fair with the Tom and Rosalie Smith, Arator Valley Farms, Missouri Limousin Promoter of the Year Award. The honor was presented by Missouri Limousin Breeders Association President Shaun Edwards of New Bloomfield, Missouri.

The Jim Sherrell family was recognized August 13 at the Missouri State Fair in Sedalia by the Missouri Farm Bureau as the outstanding family in Camden County. Jim, his wife Beth, and their family operate Diamond S Limousin Farms in Camdenton, Missouri.
